Our History/Story
Seacrest School Port Harcourt is a Cambridge primary school located in the garden City of Port Harcourt Rivers state, Nigeria. We are a private early years and primary school providing educational services for children between the ages of one (1) and eleven (11) years.
Established in September 2005, with a vision of creating a sustainable learning environment where all children can excel. At Seacrest, every child counts! We believe that each child is unique and should be celebrated, from the most gifted to the most sensitive slow learners; we hope to have a place for them all.
Our programs and state-of-the-art facilities provide great opportunities for every child to succeed in academics and extra-curricular activities. Our teaching team has several years of teaching experience, and as a striving community of practice, we are constantly engaging in activities to develop our practice as teachers.

We are a Cambridge primary school, proud to have recorded more than ten years of academic excellence and in the next decade we will strive to be a leading international learning community that will contribute in preparing young learners for a global career pathway.
Our successes this far have been all wrapped up in traditions and practices that focus on knowledge as well as skill development. Over the years we have designed and engaged in activities that stretched children’s imaginations, provided experiences that enable creativity, encouraged self-awareness and expression in which confidence building plays a vital role.
Seacrest school program is based on a child centered philosophy, where the learning needs of the child is the main focus. We have proven that children excel academically in an enabling and stimulating learning environment when supported by qualified and experienced teachers that can identify the needs and learning differences of every child in the classroom. Our strict policy of small classroom groups of 10:1 teacher to learner ratio has enabled teachers identify and adequately support learners throughout the years.
Visitors always comment on the safe, stimulating, and purposeful learning environment that exist here. Children enjoy great success in all aspect of our curriculum.
